Communities thrive when their residents thrive. We established the Carey Family Outreach in 2014 to help members of our community thrive. Carey Family Outreach serves the Tri-Town community (Frederick, Firestone and Dacono) in Weld County, Colorado, by offering a helping hand to local families in need.
Carey Family Outreach provides assistance to local families through micro-grants. These micro-grants are designed to cover a wide range of needs, from basic necessities like food and clothing, to educational expenses and medical bills. Our micro-grants are as varied as the members of our community. They are given out on a case-by-case basis and are tailored to meet the specific needs of each family.
We are thrilled to see the impact these micro-grants have had on families in our community. They have helped parents provide for their children, keep their homes, and even start their own businesses.
Families in need of assistance are referred to us by local churches, aid organizations, former micro-grant recipients, family and friends.
